Take Over Team

At the beginning of our services we had an additional team of professionals and technicians responsible for carrying out all procedures for the implementation of the service.

This allows us to devote exclusive resources of the service to meet from the first moment the daily operational needs, leaving the implementation of support procedures in the hands of TOT to quickly achieve the quality requirements set.

General Information System

Includes:

Customization of management processes according to the needs, adapting software and databases to the customer's current procedures.
Encoding of equipments, systems, facilities, other data.
Loading of initial data, organizational, space and operative of maintenance
Implementation of our Annual Plan of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
Implementation of the Help Desk.
Definition of specific indicators and creation of customized reports according to customer needs.
Monthly Management Report.

Operating Structure

Operating Unit Manager

The contract management is in charge of an Operating Unit Manager with broad experience in administrative, technical and commercial management of facilities according to the functions to perform. The function is clearly focusing on Customer Satisfaction.

Operational staff

Dalkia selects its staff through an Assessment Process, which includes both the technical knowledge, as well asthe job training, vocation and spirit of service. This staff is regularly trained and permanent has the statutory information required for the proper execution of its duties.

Staff Training

Dalkia has a Basic Training Plan and an Individual Job Profile Diagram. Training plans are drawn up according to the needs and quality of the service sought.

Management Report

Monthly, each Site prepares a report that is shown to the Customer notifying the news, the evolution of quality and performance indicators and measures both preventive, predictive as well as corrective that have been done. In this way, the customer, even though he does not operate the facilities, continues to have full control of them. If atypical events occur, it is prepared special Technical Reports that allow informing the customer of what happened at that moment, advising and suggesting solutions and improvements.

Gestión de calidad

In recognition of its Quality Management System, Dalkia in Argentina was awarded in May 2000, the international certificate of ISO 9002 in the category Operation and Maintenance of Buildings issued by Bureau Veritas Quality International.

Validating the ongoing effort of Dalkia to guarantee quality as common denominator of all its management, Bureau Veritas Quality International in February 2003 extended the certification of ISO 9001: 2008.

Beyond the pride for this distinction, we consider it an additional manner to add value for our customers guaranteeing processes that confirm their decision of hiring our services.

The Government of the City of Buenos Aires has awarded the upkeeping of schools to Dalkia Argentina and Constructora Lanusse (consortium known as "UTE").

Dalkia Argentina and Constructora Lanusse (UTE) will be in charge of the comprehensive upkeeping of 52 schools located in borough No. 12 of the City of Buenos Aires.

In early 2011, the Ministry of Education of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires called for a public bid for the upkeeping tasks of the City's school buildings.

The UTE, formed by Dalkia Argentina and Constructora Lanusse, will be one of the companies to start providing management, operation and upkeeping services from June 15th to the 52 schools awarded, totaling 90,000 m².

Having succeeded in this bid confirms us that the outsourcing model is a growth strategy that provides advantages and value added both in the private and the public sectors.

This new four-year term contract will allow incorporating new experiences and good practices to the daily activities of the UTE.

Tecsan - Benito Roggio

Dalkia Argentina's Engineering and Mounting Department has performed the comprehensive electrical mounting for the Urban Waste Disposal Center Centro de Tratamiento y Disposición Final de Residuos Sólidos Urbanos of Tecsan - Benito Roggio, located in the city of Mar del Plata. This project comprised the engineering, provision and mounting of the LV electrical system, LV installation, generation set and the outdoor lighting of the premises.

Standard Bank renewed the provision of services by Dalkia

Standard Bank has renewed for 5 additional years the Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance Agreement entered into with Dalkia Argentina in 2006. Thus, Dalkia will render its management, operation and maintenance services at the bank's facilities, which consist of 111,000 m² of central buildings, 64 branches in the City of Buenos Aires and Greater Buenos Aires and 39 branches in the rest of the country.

Dalkia to provide services to Renault Argentina

Dalkia was chosen by Renault Argentina to provide its comprehensive management, operation and maintenance services.

Dalkia was chosen by Renault Argentina to provide its comprehensive management, operation and maintenance services to the company's corporate building from March 1st, 2011.

The services are provided under Dalkia's core concept applied to all its contracts: "Comprehensive Service with Total Assurance, Monthly Flat Fee and Results Guaranteed", ensuring the technical facilities' availability and operation indicators.

A new healthcare institution has chosen Dalkia's services

Dalkia Argentina will provide its comprehensive technical management, operation and maintenance services to the facilities of the new Hospital Interzonal de Ezeiza "Dr. Alberto Eurnekian".

The outsourcing model is a growth strategy that provides competitive advantages to healthcare institutions, enabling them to allocate their main resources to their core business, letting specialists handle all non-medical tasks that are ancillary to such core business. Dalkia will be the comprehensive multitechnical provider of the hospital, composed of a total number of 180 beds, intensive care for adults and pediatrician unit, neonatology and coronary unit, 4 operating rooms and 2 delivery units, distributed in 14,000 m².
