Operating Unit Manager
The contract management is in charge of an Operating Unit Manager with broad experience in administrative, technical and commercial management of facilities according to the functions to perform. The function is clearly focusing on Customer Satisfaction.
Operational staff
Dalkia selects its staff through an Assessment Process, which includes both the technical knowledge, as well asthe job training, vocation and spirit of service. This staff is regularly trained and permanent has the statutory information required for the proper execution of its duties.
Staff Training
Dalkia has a Basic Training Plan and an Individual Job Profile Diagram. Training plans are drawn up according to the needs and quality of the service sought.
Management Report
Monthly, each Site prepares a report that is shown to the Customer notifying the news, the evolution of quality and performance indicators and measures both preventive, predictive as well as corrective that have been done. In this way, the customer, even though he does not operate the facilities, continues to have full control of them. If atypical events occur, it is prepared special Technical Reports that allow informing the customer of what happened at that moment, advising and suggesting solutions and improvements.
