Our Management system is directed to favor Communications, innovation, anticipation (specially considering statutory requirements) and our partners' involvement. Thus, we continue moving forward as regards service quality and social and environmental aspects.

Our objectives:

  1. To develop results contracts, especially in the area of energy management..
  2. To integrate an environmental dimension into our management system (regulatory monitoring, impact identification, training, operational guidelines, site audits) over a significant proportion of our business.
  3. To participate actively in the preservation of natural resources by optimizing the performance of installations.
  4. To participate actively in reducing CO2 emissions and measure progress using appropriate indicators.
  5. To conduct campaigns of environmental risk analysis on installations in France that have been designated for environmental protection, or the equivalent classification outside France
  6. To create and expand a system to prevent risk associated with "Legionella" type bacterial development for at-risk facilities.
  7. To increase the involvement of all Group employees in the prevention of risk related to safety, hygiene and health matters, by employing a participation-based methodology in all business units.
  8. To promote the exchange and transfer of know-how within the various branches of the company (technical, commercial, administrative, etc.), in particular through wider use of the intranet.
